Your Privacy and Your Gift Recipient's Privacy Matter to us

When you send a gift via our eCard Gift Notice service, you provide your e-mail contact information and that of your intended recipient. We provide this as a service to our users and do not share this information or sell e-mail addresses or your personal information. By requesting us to send an e-mail delivery you are authorizing us only to send two e-mails to the recipient: The online delivery presentation itself and a later follow up e-mail (addressed from you the sender) as a courtesy to be sure the physical, or actual gift arrived and everything was satisfactory. Any additional contact with the recipient will require them to "opt in" or link to Upresent or our retail affiliates. You are always entitled to change your personal information in your profile or to "opt out" of earlier requested mailings or to cancel your Upresent membership.
